I’m exploring how sound can support those transitional emotional moments.
Like the space between letting go and stepping into something new, or from between being in the weeds with a new project to flowing and feeling almost clear.
This week’s drive through fog made me want to compose a short piece of music on this theme. This is part of my forest drive series and my work creating bilateral audio to support focus and flow.
The fog itself is where the growth happens. Let it show you its beauty.
This video uses bilateral audio (sound moving gently between left and right) to help you access deep focus, creative clarity, and flow states.
The misty forest imagery reflects the journey of allowing clarity to emerge naturally and not forcing it, but moving through the fog until clarity arrives.

Use this for creative work, journaling or writing sessions, art-making, deep focus, meditation, or anytime you want to access flow and need support to move through the initial struggle phase of flow.
This is artistic work supporting creative practice and wellbeing, not therapy or medical advice.
