Helping digital wellbeing founders shape emotional experience differently
I bring a therapy-informed interdisciplinary perspective to digital wellbeing experiences, exploring how orientation, sound, gaze, sensory experience, and our relationship to space shape emotional state alongside cognitive and behavioural approaches.
My work is particularly interested in bringing cognitive and behavioural models into dialogue with sensory, somatic, and spatial dimensions of emotional experience.
I’m open to conversations around digital wellbeing products, interdisciplinary concept work, and selected sound/voice collaborations.
